The Business Contracts Office (BCO) provides a variety of services to campus departments and units, culminating in agreements executed on behalf of the Regents. Individual faculty members, staff and students should contact their department business officer for authorization to begin the business contracts process.
Agreements processed by the BCO include:
- Revenue producing contracts, including licensing of University business intellectual property and copyrights
- Agreements to support continuing and professional education
- Agreements for the outside management of campus venues
- Agreements for student internships with hospitals, clinics, social service agencies, and school districts
- Agreements for outside use of University's unique facilities
- Organizational development Consultant agreements
The BCO does not process contracts relating to:
