Cal Overstock & Surplus is a unit of Property Management. We are responsible for the appropriate disposal of surplus UC Berkeley Campus property. We strive to be a source of additional revenue for the University by maximizing excess property value through aggressive marketing of available products, repackaging and (in some cases) refurbishing of property, and establishing a competitive bidding environment and expanded sales presence.
As of February 27, 2007, we're officially a Green Business!

To Assist You
We have developed general guidelines for disposal of excess University-owned material that comply with federal, state, and University regulations, policies, and procedures. These requirements do not apply to federally-owned material in the University's custody, since disposal of federally-owned property generally follows specific federal requirements.
