Goals

• Assess the quality of various programs (bluCard, LVPO, etc), and the training provided, for these traditional procurement and/or disbursement functions that have been delegated to user departments.

• Determine, assess & follow up to achieve and maintain procurement process quality and policy compliance within the user departments.
