Purchase bottled water for drinking water dispensers only through Nestle Waters North America . (See the Strategic Sourcing link for this supplier and commodity.)  Nestle will provide Arrowhead, one of the largest distributors of drinking water in the Western United States . The bluCard is the preferred order method. The departmental purchase order can be used as an alternative order method.

All new equipment is Energy Star rated.

Nestle Customer Service

Nestle will:

• respond to product needs, cooler repairs and replacements within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays.
• also provide dedicated emergency response to Berkeley locations in the event of a natural disaster.

If you are changing service from another provider

Nestle will:

• first assess your water usage, supplies, and dispenser requirements
• will remove the old dispenser and any empty bottles, when they set up the new water dispenser.

Note: You will continue to use up any remaining bottles from the prior provider. Nestle Waters will pickup and return the empty bottles.

If you are responsible for bottled water, please follow these steps:

1. View the listing of available products below. For more specific information on products and UC systemwide pricing, refer to the actual UCOP
   Nestle Waters contractpages. When you click on this link, you will open a searchable database of contracts. In the Commodity field use the drop down menu and click on "Services (Professional, Temp, Tech, Financial). For Type, type in "water."
2. Contact the Nestle Waters Account Manager, Chris Carion, at (510) 815-2838 or ccarion [at] perriergroup [dot] com for a review of your requirements and dispenser locations.
3. Complete and sign a Nestle Waters/Arrowhead Departmental Profile Form.
4. Contact the Nestle Waters Account Manager, Chris Carion, who will arrange for a meeting with you. You will then give him the Departmental Profile Form.
