Goods and services related to campus facilities alterations, installations and minor construction are handled by Physical Plant Campus Services (PPCS).

Always begin orders such as these with the PRR process (use PPCS link above), not a requisition through Procurement Services or an LVPO.

Examples of such orders might be those involving:

• Equipment installed in a room (projector, computerized podium, mounted video screens, audio boards, etc.)
• Carpet, flooring, blinds, wall hangings, drapes, etc.
• Cable pulls, wiring, etc.
• Painting, drilling, patching, bolting, fastening, etc.

Major construction projects are always handled by Facilities Services
